Will metal dull knives faster?
As with any hard cutting surface, wear depends on blade steel, sharpness and cutting technique. Use controlled cuts and maintain your knives regularly.
Will scratches or wear marks appear?
Fine signs of use may develop on metal surfaces over time. They are possible with normal use and do not affect the board’s function.
How do I keep the board from slipping?
Use the board on a dry, level surface. For extra grip, place a thin, slightly damp kitchen towel underneath.
Is cutting on metal louder?
Metal sounds harder than wood or plastic. Calm, controlled cutting movements reduce noise and impact.
How should the board be cleaned?
Hand washing is recommended. After use, clean with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft cloth, then dry completely. Do not use aggressive abrasive cleaners.
Is the board dishwasher safe?
No dishwasher approval is currently stated. We therefore recommend hand washing.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery: Approx. 5–8 business days. Availability shown for your delivery address at checkout remains decisive.
Is tracking included?
Yes. Tracking is included with free premium shipping. You receive the tracking link after dispatch once a tracking number is available.
How does withdrawal work?
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Use “Withdraw contract” to open Shopify customer accounts. Sign in with the email address associated with the order and a 6-digit verification code, then submit the available cancellation or return request depending on order status. Withdrawal by email or letter also remains available.
What is Shipping Security?
Shipping Security provides priority review and handling by Ferrum Culina when shipping damage or parcel loss is reported. Please report any issue with your order number and, where possible, suitable photos. Shipping Security is optional. Your statutory warranty, reimbursement and consumer rights remain unaffected whether or not you select it.
